Privacy notice

The Mind Dump is run by Moses Gion, based in Oxford, United Kingdom. I am responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: hello@themindump.com.

What I collect

The details you send through the enquiry form or by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, the location of the building, and what you tell me about your project.

Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, at your request.
To carry out the work if you book, and to invoice you.
To keep the business and tax records the law requires.

Who else sees it

My email provider stores our correspondence, and my accountant sees invoices. I never sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Records for clients are kept for 6 years after the work ends, for tax purposes.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If visitor statistics are collected, they come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or build profiles of visitors. Some videos play from Instagram. Instagram's player only loads if you press play, and Instagram (Meta) may then set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email me and I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
